Palm Villa 39A - 4 Bedrooms

Palm Villa 39A is an impressive villa ideal for self-catering break on the Algarve. On arriving visitors are struck by the hacienda feel to the arquitecture and the beautiful pastel coloured exterior. Inside the semi-detached property offers a spacious and fully furnished home.

The property can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The lounge area is large and airy with cable TV and DVD player, dining table with chairs and patio doors to the lush garden. A delightful nook around the chimney offers a cosy corner to unwind in after a hard day having fun.

Next to the lounge is the kitchen which is installed with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and more dining facilities. The kitchen is also very roomy, decorated to a high standard with plenty of storage space. A small breakfast bar is included. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a shower room, as well as a utility room housing the washing machine.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which is an en suite and an extra twin bedroom. Both double bedrooms have balconies where guests can enjoy the view and the sun. A separate full bathroom is also available.

This villa has splendid outdoor resources. First there is the pergola and well trimmed lawn. A built in barbecue waits to be fired up for a seafood feast under the setting sun. The most eye-catching feature is the pool, sparkling like a sapphire in a rectangle of clay coloured tiles. The pool's dimensions are 8 by 4 meters and the depth runs from 1.20 to 1.70 metres. The garden boundary is thick with palm trees, creating natural shade for a hot day.

The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box, alarm, cable TV with a number of English speaking channels, Internet WIFI, cot and highchair.

The outside grounds of Palm Villa 39B are maintained at the same high standard as the interior of the property. The countless lush palm trees provide shade whilst you lounge by the private swimming pool (4 x 8m) or prepare yourself a meal cooked on the purpose built barbecue.

Palm Villas 39B

Palm Villa 39B - 3 Bedrooms

Palm Villa 39B has three bedrooms. One double bedroom is on ground floor level with a veranda leading out onto the garden and pool. Another two twin bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a large veranda. There are also two separate full bathrooms, one on each level.

The ground floor features a spacious living/dining room, which is beautifully furnished and includes a dining table that will seat up to 8 people. Patio doors lead to the side garden.

The country style kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge freezer, cooker with three gas rings and one electric ring, electric oven and a dish washer. It has a breakfast bar for morning dining and a small living section with sofa and chairs. A utility room contains a washing machine, and a separate larder area.
