• The owner reserves the right to accept a minimum of 7 nights in some periods.

• Damage deposit may be required and refunded at the end of the stay.

• The booking is confirmed and considered definit after downpayment/deposit is received.

• Cleaning twice a week. Extra cleaning may be possible "On request basis".​
